It is up to the Artist to set the price for each piece of work submitted for sale.
This price the Artist sets and a brief description of the work will be listed next
to the picture that shows the individual work of art.

The artist must submit high quality individual descriptive photographs of each
piece of work they want to offer for sale on the site. We prefer that the Artist
submit already colour corrected scanned digital JPG files. We require a brief
description of the work. The description must contain the name, size, medium,
when, and the Artist's asking price (e.g. "Flowers,"36inch x 36inch, oil on canvas,
1989, price $500).

Once an artist's work is accept for posting on the Artespy.com web site they
will be sent a formal "Artist Agreement" form and when the artist signs this
agreement and returns it to Artespy.com their work will then be posted to
the web site for a minimum period of six (6) months..

We stress the importance of clear colour corrected pictures that truly and
clearly shows your work. These pictures are what the potential buyer will
see and make their buying decision on. It is important to the Artist to make
sure their work is depicted in the pictures by the truest and best manner possible.

The following is a sample of how your individual pieces of work will be shown
on the Artist's page at Artespy.com. The viewer can click on the thumbnail
picture to see a larger version of the picture.

Sales Commission: Artespy.com charges fifteen per cent (15%)
of the gross receipts received for any work of art sold  through the
 web site.

Shipping of Art to Buyer: The artist will be responsible for shipping
and insuring the art to the buyer. The artist should include in his asking
price the cost of insuring and shipping the work of art.
(Example: If the Artist lives in New York City and is asking $500 for
a painting he should add the cost to ship it from New York City to
Los Angles California via UPS or shuch shipper who offers tracking
and sign receipt service.)

Scanning Artist Pictures:   If you send us photographs or slides of your
work and ask us to scan them we charge $5.00 per scan to prepare and
size the picture for posting on the individual Artist's page.
We take no responsibility for colour correction other than the colours
in the photographs presented to us by the artist. We will endeavor to
mactch the colour in the photograph as true as possible.

Material Submitted:   Artespy.com accepts no responsbility for any material
submitted. If the artist wishes to have his photographs or JPG files returned
they must include a self addressed envelop with return postage along with the
material they submit.

Contract:   Artespy.com offers selected artist a contrat for six (6) months to
have their work appear on the web site and to be promoted by Artespy.com.
The contract gives Artespy.com the exclusive rights to sell and promote the
art work accepted and displayed on its web site.

Payments:  All payments will be made by either check or money order in
U.S. dollars and made payable to Artespy.com. Mailed to
